I say we should start one.

How to receive advice as a writer, on the groupblog Thanet Creative 6 years, 5 months ago
That moment when someone reads your work and is suddenly an expert. They’ve never written anything but feel they have the right to tell me all the ways I’m wrong. I ignore any advice that’s not from someone who writes.

I far prefer being single. This is not an issue for me.
You can say the same about the other holidays too – all of them highly commercialised.

What Brexit means for authors, on the groupblog Say 6 years, 5 months ago
I am not convinced the current government can be relied upon to ensure anything. Least of all free movement for authors. Remaining in the EU will give us this but Brexit, not so much.

A fandom has two types of limits.
A soft limit is something that will upset, offend, or annoy the fandom. They will complain and post angry blog posts about how this is the worst thing ever. However, they will still tune in each week. We see this in action almost every time we get a new doctor in Doctor Who.

Jason Latnar replied to the topic I am having a writer’s block and I want to hire a ghostwriter, I hire or not? in the forum Aspiring Authors 6 years, 5 months ago
Being blocked is a bad reason to hire a ghostwriter. It means that you know that something is wrong but your conscious mind will not settle on it. Try backing up and re-writing the last few scenes. You may find that gets you flowing again.
Good luck on getting unblocked with your writings.

Watching too much TV and Netflix. Most of my stuff ends up as thinly disguised fan fiction.

I’ve not used any ghostwriter services myself but I can share some thoughts on writer’s block.
I published an article last year on the advice given by writers on overcoming writer’s block.
