      The current answer is that nobody knows.

      The Register article you linked is making the point that the law is unclear and that the definitions are wholly and not well defined.

      IANAL but I think we shall be fine in the short term and will have to wait for clarification.

        It blind sided me, too. I’m usually much more aware of daft tech laws that don’t understand the problem.
