Is this new Mastodon social network thing any good for writers?

I think it is. There are instances that are especially for writers.

Mastodon is not all that new – people are discovering it as they flee the hot mess that is Twitter. Mastodon is a friendly community and well worth it IMHO.

I’m a bit late to this party but here goes anyway…

For me, Mastodon is miles better than Twitter. While you will likely have smaller numbers they will all be connections of genuine interest and actual interaction. I love it there.

Mastodon is a popular social media platform that can be particularly useful for writers. It provides a unique and vibrant community where writers can connect with readers, fellow authors, and industry professionals.

Emma, this is not an appropriate way to promote your business. We were talking about MAstodon and not about book cover design. I have removed the spam part of your reply.

If you wish to promote your book-related business there is a perfectly serviceable directory on this site that you can freely use.
