Today I hardened this site against spam registrations.
As of now certain email domains which have been used exclusively for spam will be silently rejected. While this will not stop all spam, it should slow it down.

Maybe I have watched one too many Dave Gorman shows on youtube but I have started to wonder if it would be a good idea to do something a bit crazy.
Right now it is cold outside and I am snug inside. I have my […]

Matthew Brown replied to the topic Could I get into trouble for this? in the forum General Chat 7 years, 6 months ago
If you do make it you could always bring it to a writers’ group that you trust (he says knowing we both attend the same one) and get some feedback in person.

Matthew Brown replied to the topic Are there any topics unsuitable for a novel? in the forum Aspiring Authors 7 years, 6 months ago

Matthew Brown replied to the topic Editors and proofreaders – worth paying for? in the forum Aspiring Authors 7 years, 6 months ago
Bta readers are good and useful. Especially in the early stages of novel revision. In fact, I offer a paid beta reading service myself because I believe they can make a huge difference. However beta readers are not always the best proofreaders and editors are, again, a separate and special breed of helpful persons.
