      I have seen posts here before about NaNoWriMo and was wondering if it was right for me. I tend to write non-fiction in the religion genre. Is that a good fit for this NaNoWriMo business?

      NaNoWriMo is an excellent fit for fiction writing but there is no reason why you could not make it work for non-fiction.

      Or, just thinking out loud, maybe you could write the next The Shack by using fiction as a medium for religious discussion.
