Here is a quick blogging tip. To speed up your site, prime the cache by viewing posts and pages before your visitors do.

All you have to do to take advantage of the cache system is visit the page or post and the cache will be primed to give out that page faster next time. That means a faster page load for your guests and a better reading experience.

Hello Matthew, I have finally stumbled upon your ‘Blogging’ help-line. To be honest I haven’t a clue where or how to create a blog. I really want people to read my work, even if it’s just a short story, but I don’t know where to start.

• blogger.com
• WordPress.com
• Author Buzz (just start a group and tick “yes” to do you want a blog)
• TumblR.com

It depends on what kind of audience you want.
