Author of four novels, Louise Moss, has started a campaign to bring uplifting stories to people during the COVID-19 crisis. She calls it “Writers Against COVID-19“.
Releasing one new story each day, Louise Moss hopes to make passing the time in lonely confinement just a bit more pleasant. This collection of short stories is open to contributions from other authors.
You have come to the place to relax and forget about the outside world for a time. Each story here has been carefully selected to bring a smile to your face and lift your spirits.
Louise Moss, Writers against COVID-19
How to take part
Submitted stories should be a maximum of 1,200 words with no mention of coronavirus (COVID-19). The story must be your own original work and “offer a sanctuary from life’s worries, bring a smile to readers’ faces and lift their spirits.”
Stories will remain up for the duration of the COVID-19 crisis but will be taken down thereafter. All rights remain with the author.
Full guidelines are available from the submissions page on Louise Moss’s website.
An index of all stories released so far – there are a lot of them – can be found on the front page of Louise Moss’s website.
