I’ve recently had the displeasure of manually marking a number of users as spam due to ongoing abuse. Unlike traditional spammers who are usually easy to spot, this new batch seems to stick exclusively to private messages. If a user is harassing you via PM please report them to me and I will investigate.

Buddy Press currently lacks an inexpensive reporting and moderation feature so I have started a project to write one. That will take some time so for now, just use this thread if you need to name drop an abusive or spammy user.
