I’ve noticed that the most recent update in group Thanet Creative uses the wrong sub-domain (ask.* instead of thanetcreative.*).

No idea why as yet.

Error seems to go all the way back to WordPress Admin.  Hover over the Recently Published titles and it look like that’s the only one affected.  I don’t have the rights to dig deeper

You are right. I flushed the URL permalink cache and updated the offending post. That seems to have fixed things.

Best as I can guess, WP got confused between two blogs during an update.
