Platform Building: Ask some questions

On your prefered social media platform, ask your followers some open-ended questions. You might also want to post a poll.

This benefits you in two ways:

First, your followers are enticed to interact with you which is usually good for the algorithm.

Second, you will have a pre-made blog post of user replies once the initial buzz has died down.

Some question ideas

  • What are you thankful for?
  • Who do you admire?
  • What do you look for in a novel?
  • Where do you do your reading?
  • What is there not enough of in modern novels?
  • When do you usually do your reading?
  • What is there too much of in novels these days?
  • What are you reading right now?

Don’t forget to use appropriate hashtags.
