Chaos and Good Writing


Do chaos and good writing go together? This is a question we are about to avoid but not entirely.

Welcome to the weekly roundup of the best posts on the Author Buzz UK network.

In case you are wondering, a certain amount of chaos is normal for the creative mind but too much is bad for it. Writers with tidy desks, for example, probably have writers’ block.

Thanet Creative asked us what makes a good writer? And then tried to answer that question.

What makes you a good writer?

Matthew D. Brown wrote a post called “Goodbye calm; hello chaos” about decorating his flat and the impact it had on his writing. (Man it feels weird writing about myself in the third person).
