									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Around 50,000 words is a novella (very short novel), but after that, &#8220;normal-sized&#8221; depends on the genre. Fantasy novels can exceed 200,000 words, whereas a comedy might range from 80,000 to 90,000 words, but again, it depends.</p>

I like to put each chapter in a separate file and then add a section for each chapter linked to the files to get one master file. That way it &#8220;understands&#8221; chapters (at least as much as I need it to).</p>
